The temperature in each and every boiler in our machines is controlled by a PID; an intelligent device that keeps the temperature curve as flat as it gets.
It can be adjusted to display in Celsius or Fahrenheit.

ADJUSTABLE RESTRICTORS

The mechanical method to control the temperature of the group, thus the temperature of the extraction water.
This way each group can be adjusted separately to its own different temperature.

ESPRESSO CUP ELEVATOR

When you’re using cups, porcelain or glass that varies a lot in height you may want to fix the adjustable drip tray in a low position.
This option brings espresso cups closer to the spout.

PITCHER TRAY

An extra plateau next to the drip tray for placing a milk pitcher during steaming.
Easily adjustable in height and interchangeable between the left and right side.
