ABOUT THE CEC30
The catalytic flue gas cleaner is a clever device that cleans flue gases
from coffee roasting by heating and catalytic reaction. In this way, the
emissions created during the coffee roasting process are drastically
reduced.

The catalytic flue gas purifier basically uses two components; a burner
unit and a catalyst unit. By heating the flue gases and sending them

HOW DOES IT WORK
The catalytic flue gas purifier basically uses two
components; a burner unit and a catalyst unit. By
heating the flue gases and sending them through
the catalyst unit, a catalytic reaction takes place. This
reaction ensures that the air is cleaned.

the foreign objects and leave you with nothing but coffee

are fully customizable to match your brand.

No more lifting and moving heavy sacks above your
head, but also no more repeated bending and scooping!
The GCC automatically transports your green coffee to
the hopper. The speed of which the daily chores can
be performed is much higher, providing better working
economies as well as reduced risk.
GCC VARIATIONS
The GCC is available for the W6 series, W15A, W30A,
W45A, W60A and W140A roasters. All GCC variations can
be equipped with weighing cells, so you can exactly see
how much coffee you are going to roast.
